These terms apply to the tms.tours informational website operated by the TEKNOLİKYA sole proprietorship. Sending a contact or demo request does not itself create a SaaS subscription or purchase contract. A business customer's use of TMS is governed by its own agreement; the mobile app has separate Mobile Terms of Use.

Website content

Feature, integration, pricing and promotional information is provided for information. Service scope, fees, availability and support commitments are established in the relevant offer and agreement. Content may change; this page does not guarantee the continuous availability of a specific feature or third-party integration.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, disrupt it, bypass security controls, try to access another person's data, or send harmful material through its forms. Automated requests must not adversely affect the site or other visitors. Information submitted through the contact form should be accurate and relevant to your request.

Intellectual property and external links

The site's design, text, images and TMS marks belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce or republish them commercially. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy notices.
