Your boat's calendar and its books, together.

Bookings land on the calendar, costs post to the boat, and at the end of the season who earned what is on screen — not on a calculator.

What Runs This Flow

The parts that hold a boat business up.

Running boats means running two jobs at once: a full calendar and a clean set of books. Both come off the same record.

Boat card

Specifications, photos, type and status collect on one card.

Cabin layout

Cabin-level bookings; you see which cabin is taken at a glance.

Marina and port

The boat's home marina is on the record and carries into the booking.

Calendar and sessions

Daily charter and day sessions on one calendar; overlaps are blocked.

Cost tracking

Fuel, maintenance and port fees post to the boat; profit is visible per hull.

Owner splits

Revenue sharing is calculated from the agreement rule and posted to the owner's account.

End Of Season

The owner's account shouldn't be up for debate.

Revenue sharing isn't worked out at the end of the season; it runs on every booking. The number you show the owner is the number the system calculated.

  • The rule is defined once. The owner's share and deductions go into the agreement rule and apply to every booking the same way.
  • From gross to net, step by step. List price, discount and total stay on the record, so the basis for the split is visible.
  • Costs don't get mixed up. Each boat's expenses stay in its own book; nobody has to guess whose cost it was.
  • Changes leave a trail. Price history and an audit log are kept, so questions about the past have answers in the system.

Common Questions

What people ask before switching.

Can guests charter a boat from our site? +
Not yet. Boat bookings run through the panel and your sales channels; direct sale of the boat from the site is what we're working on.
We work with several boat owners — does it get confusing? +
It doesn't. Each boat's owner, agreement rule, costs and share stay on its own record and are tracked separately.
Can daily charter and day trips live together? +
They can. Dated charters and day sessions are managed on the same calendar and the system refuses overlapping bookings.
Can we sell cabin by cabin? +
Yes. You define the cabin layout and hold bookings at cabin level; availability is visible per cabin.
How do we track fuel and maintenance costs? +
You post the cost to the relevant boat. Across the season you see what each boat earned with costs already deducted.
