This policy describes the handling of information on the tms.tours website operated by the TEKNOLİKYA sole proprietorship. The mobile app has a separate Mobile Privacy Policy. This general policy does not replace the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Contact and demo requests

The form requires your name and phone number. E-mail address, agency/company name, TÜRSAB licence number and message are optional; your selected subject is also submitted. We use this information to answer your request, arrange a demo and manage the related correspondence. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please do not include other people's sensitive data in your message.

Your request is sent through the website infrastructure to the authorized contact team. It is not automatically added to a marketing list.

Site operation, security and measurement

The hosting and security infrastructure may create technical records such as IP address, page requested, request time and browser information to operate and protect the site. A Plausible measurement script loads when a page opens. The technologies and processing terms of that service depend on its provider settings.

If enabled, GA4, Meta Pixel and Google Ads components load only after you choose the corresponding analytics or marketing category. They do not load while you have made no choice. You can change your selection using Cookie preferences in the footer. In this version, your category choices and decision time are held in your browser's local storage.

Sharing, retention and your rights

The authorized team and providers needed for hosting, security and e-mail delivery may process contact information. Enabled measurement or advertising providers may also receive data. Data is kept for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable obligations, then erased or anonymized.
