KVKK Privacy Notice — TMS Website

This notice concerns visits to tms.tours and contact/demo requests sent through the site. It does not cover all processing in the mobile app or by travel agencies concerning their own customers.

Data controller

The site is operated by the TEKNOLİKYA sole proprietorship. Address: Kesikkapı Mah. 514 Sk. No:12 D.1, Fethiye/Muğla, Türkiye. Contact: admin@tms.tours.

Data, purposes and collection methods

When you submit the contact form, your name, phone number and selected subject, together with any e-mail address, agency/company name, TÜRSAB licence number and message that you provide, are collected electronically. They are processed to answer your request, arrange a demo and manage related correspondence. For a request directly related to establishing a contract, the possible legal basis is KVKK article 5(2)(c); other general inquiries require a balancing assessment under article 5(2)(f).

Hosting and security systems may automatically record IP address, requested page, request time and browser information when you visit. These records support site operation, troubleshooting and security, subject to a legitimate-interest assessment under KVKK article 5(2)(f).

Your analytics and marketing category choices and decision time are stored locally in your browser to apply your choice. If enabled, GA4, Meta Pixel and Google Ads processing in non-essential categories relies on your separate explicit consent. A Plausible measurement script loads on page opening; its data scope and legal basis require separate verification. A contact form submission does not automatically subscribe you to commercial electronic messages.

Recipients and retention

Contact requests reach the authorized team. Hosting, security, e-mail delivery and, where enabled, measurement and advertising providers may process data as needed for their services. Data may be disclosed to competent public bodies where legally required. Provider locations and any international transfer mechanism require separate assessment.

Records are retained only as needed for their purposes and applicable legal obligations, then erased or anonymized. Specific retention periods for contact records, security logs and preferences have not yet been established.

Your rights and requests

To exercise your rights under KVKK article 11, including access, rectification and erasure, send a request with information sufficient to verify your identity to admin@tms.tours or the postal address above. Requests are answered under applicable procedures as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. You can withdraw consent prospectively through Cookie preferences in the footer. This notice and the act of giving consent are separate processes.
