What Runs This Flow

The parts that carry every step.

In car rental, money isn't lost on the sale — it's lost in the detail: a missing damage record, a skipped service, an uncollected extra.

Fleet and categories

Vehicle card, category and branch; documents and mileage tracked in one place.

Availability and blocks

Cars listed for the date range; vehicles in service or blocked never appear.

Seasonal tariffs

Price plans by season and tiered rates by number of days.

Insurance excess

The cap charged to the customer after damage and the fuel policy stay on record.

Servicing and tyres

The service plan reminds you by mileage; tyre life is tracked separately.

Contracts and fines

The rental contract prints as a PDF; traffic fines post to the vehicle and the rental.

Handover & Return

The argument ends where the photo is.

The most expensive dispute in car rental is over damage. If the outgoing and incoming records sit on the same screen, there is nothing left to argue about.

  • Condition logged on the way out. Mileage, fuel level, cleanliness and existing damage are recorded at handover.
  • Compared on the way back. The return record lands on top of the handover record; the difference becomes an extra charge.
  • Damage with photos. Photos attach to the damage record and the amount is set against the excess limit.
  • Contract from the same record. Driver details and terms carry into the contract; there is no second data entry.

Common Questions

What people ask before switching.

Can a customer rent a car from our site? +
Not yet. Car rental is currently an operations module that runs through the panel; customer-facing online rental is on the roadmap.
How do we handle insurance excess? +
You define the cap charged to the customer after damage per vehicle or per plan; it shows on the rental record and carries into the contract.
How do we catch servicing on time? +
You tie the service plan to mileage or time; the system raises a reminder for a due vehicle and takes it out of availability.
What happens when a traffic fine arrives? +
The fine is linked to the vehicle and to the rental covering that date; who it is charged to is decided on the record.
We have several branches — are they tracked separately? +
Yes. You define locations; cars go out from the branch they belong to and availability is calculated per branch.
